When you join the email list we store your first name and email address. When you use the contact form we store your name, email address, reason for contact, and message.

We use your information to deliver the free reflection prompts, send occasional updates about new resources, and respond to your questions. We do not sell or rent your information.

Submissions are stored securely in our managed cloud database with access restricted to the Inner Freedom Society team.

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message, or contact us to request that your information be deleted.
